Fabulous First Week

Kindergarten in A2 is off to a great start! Your kids are wonderful and we are enjoying getting to know them more and more each day. We will take good care of our students and fill their school days with lots of learning and fun. Thank you also for all of your generous donations of classroom supplies. We will be putting them to good use this year! If you are able to bring supplies, it is not too late.

**Do you have shoe boxes? We have a fun project planned, but need 23 shoe boxes with lids, any size. If you can help, please bring in shoe boxes on Monday. Thanks so much!

A few reminders:

1. Please return all the beginning of the year forms to the classroom as soon as possible. We know there are many forms!

2. Thank you to all the parents who have already returned your Volunteer Questionnaires! We are so lucky to have such amazing support this year, ready and willing to help us make this a wonderful year for the children! Thank you! Thank you! As soon as we receive a few more forms, we will be creating a volunteer schedule. Please return your volunteer form by Monday even if you are unable to volunteer (so we know we aren't leaving anyone out).

3. We start Enrichment Classes on Monday. If you have not already done so, please bring the following items by Monday. Items should be labeled with your child's name. *If you have financial need and cannot bring any of the items, please email me and let me know. We will make sure every child has what they need.

-water bottle

-headphones (they do not have to be new...they just have to work for your child)

**Make sure your child wears comfortable clothes/shoes on Tuesdays in which to exercise.

4. Back to School Night is on Thursday, September 8th at 7:00pm in the MPR and 7:30pm in our classroom, A2.

5. Parent Teacher Conferences are 10/10 - 10/13. We are looking forward to meeting with you to discuss your child's transition into kindergarten. Please CLICK HERE to sign-up for a day and time.
